have you worked in the factory 60 hours a week??? people are tired from over working and have no time for family and some times just barely have enough money to put on the table or to pay their rent. some of these families have small children that need to be taken care of and not only that but the workers should be allowed to work 40 hours aweek so they can recharge.

i agree! we should have shorter work hours and more pay. people are just barely living or just barely paying rent to feed their children and to keep their home. its fair really then none of the workers are tired and are refreshed for the next day. this would decrease the chances of accidents happening then on a 60 hour basis where everyone is worn out from working. instead of being selfish the higher ups should have a fair balance for the workers and keeping the company up and running. i mean seriously there is enough money to go around!

Owning a factory I'm agaist workers working 40 hours. They should be working 60 hours with the pay we've been giving them. The more our workers work the more product will be sent out, and the more money will go to the factory and the workers. We need the money to keep our factory up and running.
