The more you hire immigrants, the less jobs their are for american born people. That's against what this country stands for. Most people will become poor except the rich, who will just get richer

I am for this bill because being a working mother I wouldn't want my children working until their 14 even if it does provide more moneyfor the family. Ive seen the bad working conditions i have to go through everyday and don't want to lose my child from a freak accident.

I think their should be a a limit on how many immigrants come into this country because more immigrants means more competition for me to keep a job. Especially if they are willing to work for less money, then I'm out of a job...and I was born here.

I am a working woman and I really need a 40 hour workweek because it would give me so much more time to take care of my children and find them the neccesities they need. Also I could at least get 5 hours of sleep because right now I'm spending all my time off work to make food and try to pay bills. Thsi is important for women like me.

I believe a 40 hour work week is much more acceptable than a 60 hour one, because it' s a lot more fair. Also it makes sense for people to have more time to rest and recharge to do better at their job.
