I would pay on the amount of effort each and everyone puts into their jobs. If someone doesn't do practically anything, then I will practically pay them nothing. So, you would be able to support your family, as long as you are working hard.

I am a wealthy business owner, and this minimum wage is a terrible idea. I should be able to pay the amount I believe they should get, depending on their amount of effort. And if they don't like it, they can leave.

Remember, the more hours you get in, the more you will get paid. If you only work 40 hours a week, you might not be able to feed your family, that is why you need more working hours.

The 40 hour work week is not enough; I am a wealthy business owner and I believe that the workers should at least work 60 hours a week. I need workers working more, so I get more money, and they will get more money by working more, so its a win win situation.
