No! Most of our computers do it for us like scramble the numbers on your credit card for you. The government shouldn't be able to see what we are doing every second of every day. It's not like the CIA would be looking for a terrorist on a Wal-Mart site looking for shoes. It's not the governments business what we do on the internet. It also shouldn't matter what Kmart or some other site does with our private information like credit cards because nothing to bad has happened from that yet.
