people also need to relies that the world is not one big ball of fun there are risks we have to be able to fend for ourselves and we wont be able to do that if the government is setting up all these protections.

No, because the government does not provide internet they should not be allowed to regulate it. and it will give them to much reach into our lives and they will misuse it
