Prohibtion does not work, if people want it they will get it look at the 1920s the bootlegers smugled moonshine, people still drank even if it is illegal they might as well have it legal because it creates more jobs and money because you can tax it. And now with marijuana people still want to do it even though it is illegal you might as well make it legal because it would make jobs and money for the government through taxes.
