I think there shouldnt be use of pinkertons unless it gets violent. People and workers have the right to protest their right and speak freely about what they want and believe for.

I think that unions are not needed because the government now has laws and regulations to control most of the workforce so the companies dont have too much power.

it would be a good if it was a forty hour work week because it would be less hours. it would let us spend more time with our families and watch our kids. it would allow us the female workers to preform better than with less hours than more hours.
