I agree, a lot of sites already have ways to keep people out of their sites, so why would the government need to stalk us to make sure were safe.
Oh, I almost forgot this. Even if they do have the bill passed, parents of young children would be mad. This would basically stalk little children. I would have a major problem with this if I had children. It would basically be like china, when they can look at everything that would happen.
Alright, so actually I could go either way. I wouldn't want to be stalked on the internet by the government, because that would be weird. However, some things could be good. If they keep an eye on major business or banks, they could stop hacker from taking over. Otherwise if it's just stalking everyone, I'm against it. It's a violation of personal space.
