But then again, the government can be very paranoid. The nation's safety is one of the priorities and we don't want government secrets to get out. A war sparked by technology would truly start the tech era. America's plans need to stay within our shores, not on the worldwide web. The wed provides unlimited options to people. Both good and bad.
I do not think that the government should regulate the internet. It is the user's decision on what they put online. They should be well aware of what they are saying and the aftermath. User's should know that the information they post can be read by anyone and used against them.
Passing the Constitution was very ify. Anti-Federalists weren't sure that it would include the People's rights. They thought that the Federalists were just trying to get a Federal government ad leave no power to the individual states. The Anti-Feds wanted a Bill of Rights along with the Constitution, but the Federalists thought that the Constitution would limit the government enough. They wanted the Bill of Rights, but later on. They did compromise and added on the Bill of Rights later.
